A Decade of Results, Not Promises
Since 2013, we have supported over 50 Chinese enterprises in building a sustainable presence in the United States. The projects below represent the breadth and depth of what full-chain execution actually looks like — across industries, deal sizes, and market challenges.

$45 Million Residential Development Near University of Washington
Challenge: A Chinese real estate group sought to develop a multi-unit residential project in the Pacific Northwest but lacked local legal infrastructure, permitting relationships, and financing structure.
What We Did: Sinobridge provided end-to-end project support — from entity formation and cross-border capital structuring to local contractor coordination, permitting navigation, and project management. We leveraged our established relationships with Washington State government officials and local development ecosystem.
Result: Project successfully initiated and advanced through development phases. Full legal compliance maintained throughout. Client established a permanent U.S. operational footprint.
Aurora Ceramics Group — U.S. Production Facility & $5M Order Pipeline
Challenge: Aurora Ceramics sought to establish U.S. manufacturing operations in Washington State to reduce tariff exposure and serve North American customers with domestically produced goods.
What We Did: We managed facility site selection, state regulatory compliance, workforce structure, supply chain integration, and initial sales channel development — acting as Aurora's on-the-ground U.S. operating team from day one.
Result: Production facility successfully established. $5 million in orders secured. Ongoing distribution network built across key U.S. markets.

Cabinet R US — Nationwide Distribution Across All 50 States
Challenge: Cabinet R US needed to launch full-scale U.S. operations and build a distribution network that could serve customers across the entire country — from logistics infrastructure to retail buyer relationships.
What We Did:Sinobridge designed and executed a full U.S. market entry: entity formation, 3PL warehouse network setup, customs clearance systems, e-commerce platform launch, and offline retail channel development.
Result: Cabinet R US achieved nationwide distribution coverage across all 50 U.S. states. Sustainable operational infrastructure established for long-term growth.
Chinese Restaurant Brand Expansion — U.S. Market Launch
Challenge: A Chinese F&B brand sought to expand into the U.S. market but faced regulatory complexity (FDA, local health codes), real estate negotiations, supply chain localization, and brand positioning for an American audience.
What We Did: End-to-end launch support including site selection, FDA and local health compliance, supply chain restructuring for U.S. sourcing, staff hiring and training support, and localized brand and marketing strategy.
Result:Successful U.S. market launch. Brand established with compliant operations and localized go-to-market strategy in place.

CPT/OPT Program — 500+ University Partnerships
Challenge: Establish a credible, compliant educational infrastructure to support Chinese international students in accessing U.S. work authorization pathways and building careers in America.
What We Did: Developed and obtained official CPT/OPT program qualifications, built a university partnership network, and created career coaching and visa advisory services specifically designed for Chinese international students.
Result: 500+ U.S. university partnerships established. Ongoing cross-sector synergy between our education and trade divisions creates unique market intelligence and talent pipeline value for clients.
