Over a Decade in the Making

Where It Began
We started in the most grounded place possible: food & beverage and real estate consulting. We successfully expanded Chinese restaurant brands into the U.S. market, and initiated a $45 million apartment development project near the University of Washington. These early experiences taught us that real execution always reveals what theory misses.
Building the Infrastructure
We expanded into manufacturing and building materials — supporting Aurora Ceramics Group in establishing a production facility in Washington State and securing $5 million in orders. We also enabled Cabinet R US to launch full-scale U.S. operations and build a distribution network reaching all 50 states. These were not consulting engagements. We were co-builders.


Where It Education Meets Commerce
We extended into the education sector — obtaining official CPT/OPT program qualifications and establishing partnerships with over 500 U.S. universities. Simultaneously, we established our China headquarters to integrate education and trade resources, creating a cross-industry synergy that gives our clients access to talent pipelines, market validation, and localized insights that no pure trade consulting firm can match.
